Vaccination & Fecal Requirements | Dog Boarding, Daycare & Training

Vaccination And Fecal Requirements

We will only accept vaccinations administered by licensed veterinarians.

Here at New Beginnings our commitment to your canine is what comes first.

All out of date vaccinations must be given 7 days prior to their first visit with us to allow the appropriate incubation period for the immune system to respond appropriately. This is in accordance with the recommendations of the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals for your puppy or dog’s safety and well being.

We do accept titers for vaccinations, with the exception of the Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations.

For Puppies 9 weeks to 20 weeks of age

We require the following vaccinations before any training, boarding, daycare or other activities at our facility:

DHPP
Distemper & Parvo vaccinations

Bordetella
Also known as the "Kennel Cough" vaccination

Although most veterinarians only require an annual fecal test, here at NBK9 we require a Negative Fecal Test within 2 weeks of the first visit to NBK9 & every 6 months thereafter

For Dogs 6 months of age and older

We require the following vaccinations before any training, boarding, daycare or other activities at our facility:

DHPP
Distemper & Parvo vaccinations

Bordetella
Also known as the "Kennel Cough" vaccination

Rabies

Although most veterinarians only require an annual fecal test, here at NBK9 we require a Negative Fecal Test within 30 days of the first visit to NBK9 & every 6 months thereafter

We reserve the right to follow the advice of our veterinary consultants for all fecal and vaccination concerns on a case by case basis.
