“Is Daycare Right for my Dog?”

About The Doggie Daycare Checklist

Here at New Beginnings K-9 we are setting a new standard in doggie daycare, dog boarding and training in Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area. We recognize that each dog is an individual, and that daycare may not be right for all dogs. Our doggie daycare checklist was created to aid you in making that decision.

It’s OUR job to keep your dog safe, both physically AND mentally.

Doggie Daycare is a great way for dogs to increase social skills, release energy and overcome separation anxiety. While daycare is great for many dogs, not all would enjoy this program. Take a look at the daycare checklist below to see if our structured daycare program is right for your dog.
  1. My dog has never been kenneled, or will not willingly enter a crate. Y/N
  2. My dog does not enjoy meeting new dogs. Y/N
  3. My dog has bitten me or someone else. Y/N
  4. My dog has bitten another dog.  Y/N

If you answered yes to two or more of these questions, our daycare and training teams can work together as a team with you and your dog to give you options to help you succeed. If you answered no to these questions then daycare could be a great fit for you and your dog. Feel free to call our office if you have any questions about your dog’s stay at NBK9. (859)-282-6504
